We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trading/Investment Analyst to join our dynamic Investment & Trading team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial markets, a proven track record in asset/wealth management and trading, and experience across a range of advisory functions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our investment strategies and drive value creation for our clients.

Responsibilities:

● Conduct in-depth fundamental and technical analysis of various asset

classes, including equities, fixed income (bonds, treasury bills), and

alternative investments.

● Develop and maintain financial models for valuation, forecasting, and risk

assessment.

● Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory developments

to identify investment opportunities and potential risks.

● Execute trades across different asset classes in accordance with

established strategies and regulatory guidelines.

● Contribute to the development and implementation of investment

strategies and portfolio construction.

● Assist in the preparation of investment reports, presentations, and client

communications.

● Support the advisory team in areas such as capital management, debt

management, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions

through research, analysis, and due diligence.

● Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential

targets for M&A and private equity opportunities.

● Assist in the structuring and execution of debt financing and capital

raising activities.

● Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in investment

management and trading.

● Collaborate effectively with other teams within the organization, including

relationship management, compliance, and operations.

● Ensure compliance with all internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or arelated field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications

(e.g., CFA, ACCA, CIS) will be an added advantage.

● Minimum of [Specify number, e.g., 3-5] years of relevant experience in

trading and investment analysis within the financial services industry.

● Demonstrable experience in asset/wealth management and a strong

understanding of various investment strategies.

● Proven experience in providing analytical support for advisory functions,

including capital management, debt management, mergers and

acquisitions, private equity, bonds, and treasury bills.

● Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in financial

modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, statistical

software).

● Excellent understanding of financial markets, instruments, and trading

strategies.

● Ability to interpret financial statements and conduct thorough company

and industry analysis.

● Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced

environment.

● Experience with any of the Big 4’s may also be an advantage

● High level of ethical standards and integrity.
